I am new to virtuemart and I am unfamiliar with most of the lingo and terms used so I apologies if my question has been covered but I cant seam to find it so far.
I want to display three size options and some add on options like in this picture.

I have tried creating cart variants for the sizes but they display in a drop down box and I have no clue how to make the add on section. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I think tha the custom fields (except the stockable variants) are displayed as radio buttons.
For the images, there are the custom fields of type "image"
