Title: Price recalculating in the shopping cart depending on product quantity range

Hi,
I am working on adjusting different prices for different quantity ranges for our goods. My Joomla version is 2.5.9 and VM version is 2.0.16 (migrated from VM 1). The problem is that the price is not recalculated in the cart, if a customer changes quantity range of a product in it.
Example: price for quantity 1-2: 620 (rubles), 3-100: 600 (rubles).
If a customer chooses a product in quantity of 3 at once and puts into the cart, the price is right there (600 rubles per product). But if he wants to change quantity to 2 or 1 in the cart, the price is recalculated as 600 rubles per product again. I need, that price recalculated based on 620 rubles per product. How this can be solved? Thanks for any help in advance.

Has anybody the same problem? I think this is apparently a bug and should be sold.

Thank you for your reply. Do you know any thirdparty extensions, that give opportunity to solve this anyhow?

I have also found this: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=111479.0 . Has anybody tried this in VM 2.0.18? Was this solved?
