I'm not shure if this is the right place for feature requests. If not please give me a hint.
In order to quickly reply to a customer after receiving an order confirmation mail I would like to propose to add the customers e-mail address as the reply-to address to the header information of the order confirmation mail going to the vendor.
This way vendors could easily reply to a customer with only one click in their mail client.

I want it also so much, i can't understand why this don't work as you wrote. It should be normal that if we get a information about new order we should have a possibility to anwser to the customer. (could somebody give some code hax to fix it?
I am desperate to find a fix for this.
