Hello, I would like to know if Virtuemart supports PxPost and User Login Sync (support for syncing user cart login with website login)

If you mean Payment Express PX POST using a HTTPS Post Request then that can be done. VM uses Joomla's user tables so no need to synch logins once initially registered.
