Title: [solution - bug] Shipment method error if name contains non English characters

I try to put shipment method in admin in Greek and I get this error

vmError: VmTableData Sef Alias in record is missing! Can't save the record with no Sef Alias.

hmm... just found a solution

in Joomla config enable Unicode alias....

VM should not create an alias for the shipping name (it should use an id instead or other unique identifier)....
