Title: Handling when using UPS plugin.

My customer wants to add handling charges for shipping.  How do you do this with the UPS Live lookup plugin.  He want's to do something like a extra 10 to 15% on the shipping charges to help cover issues with having to ship some stuff in separate boxes etc..
