Hi there,

I'm really new to VirtueMart and installed VM 2.0.8e on Joomla 2.5.9

After selecting an item the user gets redirect to the shopping cart and the checkout screen.
As the user inserts his personal information and then cages a voucher all user information in the form fields are empty again.

Will an update to VM 2.0.20 help? Or do you have any other hint for me?

EDIT (16:15 CET): we're using "onepage checkout" as well

unfortunately it won't help as VM 2.x has a different folder structure and different files

any suggestion or advice for me?

1. try without one page checkout.

2. All VirtueMart versions before 2.0.10 are known to be insecure, so in any case an update is recommended.
