1. How do i get rid of this frustrating error? I have the updated version of virtuemart and have it so that for tax, it's per bill +%. My clients get this error in the front end and I have spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out how to remove this error. Please help me! :(.

on Virtuemart 2.020b

2. I have set up shipping in my shop configurations but keep getting the error "please select a shipping method" "we are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order" .
