Title: shipping and payment methods installed but not showing in administration

VM 2.0.20b
Joomla 2.5.9

Everything installed including extensions, Both the shipping methods and the payments methods are installed but no list in admin. When I try to re-install them, the database dies after about 30 minutes the database resets and the site comes back (godaddy). I have seen others have the issue but I haven't seen any resolution.

Are you selecting "New"?
