I have a client that wants to ship hair products. Being airlines won't allow you to take hair products onboard, she has created a company that will ship products to your vacation destination. This is what I need...
1. Shopper adds items to VirtueMart Cart.
2. Continues to checkout and enters Billing Information.
3. Enters "Vacation Destination" Shipping Address.
4. Enters "Return Shipping Address" - used to return products to their home address.
5. Checks out.
My client would then print a UPS/FedEx shipping label for both the Vacation Destination and the Return Shipping Address above. They would then package the products in the box and place the Return Shipping Address label inside the box with the product. Place the Vacation Destination label on the outside of the box and ship it to the client.
The module would need to determine both shipping costs from the clients warehouse > vacation destination and vacation destination > return shipping address.
Anyone have any ideas. This really shouldn't be as hard as it has been. On a deadline so please share your knowledge.

You say this "shouldn't be hard", but this is not at ALL a standard use case for a shopping cart, whether in VM2 or any other Joomla eCommerce extension. Wanting to produce two separate shipping labels is bad enough, calculating the shipping for those two separate shipping occasions on the fly during checkout is even worse.
This is going to require a custom development project and it won't be cheap if it's done right. I hope your client has budgeted appropriately for this custom work.
