Print Page - New user activation link doesn't work

Title: New user activation link doesn't work

When a new user registers they are sent an activation email with a link to activate such as:

http://test.hay-rack.co.uk/index.php?option=com_users&task=registration.activate&token=9e6a018d72e1b20ce26ac26a7e4654a3
When I open this link it just goes to the home page and doesn't activate the new user account.
Any suggestions please?

Joomla 2.5.9 and VM 2.0.18a
