I have enabled PayPal and Authorize.net as payment options. When a user clicks on Select Payment from the payment, the page refreshes and they are offered the option to select either PayPal or Authorize.net. For some reason, next to the PayPal option, a "(Discount/Fee: $7.79)" is listed and after PayPal is selected, that amount is deducted from the Total cost of the order. A discount fee is deducted for each product in the shopping cart.
Why is this Discount/Fee showing up? How can I remove it and not have it applied to the Total price?
