Title: Even though I loaded the aio file there are no plugins to choose in custom field
Post by: daviat on March 09, 2013, 09:35:32 AM
Hi . . .

I have Virtuemart 2.0.18a and I loaded the accompanying plugins zip that came with it but there are not to be found in my installation. I am trying to add a custom Field plugin but there are no plugins to choose? Not sure where they are in the admin. I checked the main plugins area in my Joomla admin but nothing there. Do I need to turn them on in Virtuemart itself? I have Virtuemart - aio installed and I even reinstalled but the plugins are not showing.

thanks

In Joomla plugins manager you should have three plugins of type "vmcustom " plus many vmpayment  and one vmcalculation - these should have been installed with the aio component.

I've got a similar problem. After installing VM 2.0.20b I installed the aio component. The plugins appear and are enabled in Plugin Manager, but they don't display in the Payment Methods or Shipping Methods lists.

Any suggestions. I've already done a fair amount of configuration, so I'm reluctant to unstall and reinstall the components.
