I want to know what payment methods are supported by joomla virtuemart , I want to use max and what extentension to use to have max payment options? and how to implement them.

There are 14 payment plugins in the basic 2.0.18c installation (included in ther aio component) and many others which have been developed by third parties. Just look in your installation or search this forum and the JED.
