I placed a support ticket for a paid version of the UPS plugin 2/11/13. The automated email says, "We try to reply to all tickets as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours." I am still waiting more than 2 weeks later. I am used to not getting support for free extensions but I do expect a reply when I pay. Is anyone manning support at the help desk?
Wow. It's been almost an entire month and still no reply to a support ticket which I have updated twice at extensions.virtuemart.net. I may have to abandon VirtueMart for future projects. I have gotten support in the past but am getting nowhere this time.

Efocus we are sorry for that. I noticed myself, that I see suddenly tickets which were "not there" before and they are then suddenly already a week old. Personally I just think we did not see it. We will answer you soon. For this cases btw it is correct to use our contact form on extensions or the contact form on virtuemart.net or a private message to me.

Thank you Max and Alatak. I have always had fairly quick response from both the forums and support tickets in the past. I hadn't needed anything for months so was rather surprised at getting no response in either place. I'm embarrassed to say that it didn't occur to me to even look for a contact since I've been 'trained' to always use the forum and support tickets. I doubt it will happen again but I'll try to remember that if it does.
