Hi,
I couldn't find what .ini file is associated to VM - Search in Shop. Can someone help me? Is there a way to actually find what file is associated to what field?

In this case it's the title of the module. You can change it in the module settings (or if you want to keep the orginal setting, unpublish the module and use a duplicate of the module with your macedonian title and language tag)
