anyone has any tips for this problem?
in practice when I try to send an email to "ask for information about this product"
window opens with the form and all the rest, I am also sending it all, but after sending, provided in the box on the form, I get (above) the error message:
"Message: Minimum not reached"
and then I get no email.
Csa that means? Why this?

The minimum number of characters required for the review has not been reached. You can change the minimum value in Config/Shopfront/Question minimum length
