I'm having a little bit of trouble trying to find the source to modify the date layout for VM invoices, emails, and the orders on the backend.

The date format is not a correct U.S. format. Instead it's Wednesday, 06 February 2013 12:40 when it needs to be Wednesday, February 06, 2013 12:40.

Suggestions?
