Hi,

when I a use shipping price like "1,08" it is rounded to "1,00"
but when I use a shipping price like "1.08" it's shows the correct price "1,08"

normally we use € 1,08 and not € 1.08

is this a bug?

Yes, you must use a . for price settings to save and round correct.
