Our webshop is multilanguage in 4 languages.
All our products have a different SKU's.
But my question is, is it possible to have a product with a different SKU per product?
Like I said, we have 4 languages.
All the sku's are correct except the French language. For these products we need the option to enter a different sku.
Is this possible? Maybe some hardcoding?
I'm using Joomla 2.5.8 and Virtuemart 2.0.18a

Maybe adding a custom field and overriding the templates where SKU is showed will do the trick.

you mean like adding a custom field to the french products? Or do I need to add a custom field to all the products?
With which 'template' code I can replace the sku with the chicl sku?
I tried to use the custom fields to enter the new SKU.
But when I change the custom field from a French product it saves also the new SKU to the English language.
When I view the English (same) product then the French custom field/sku is visible.
So it isn't possible to create different sku numbers per language per product?

the sku is not multilingual and custom fields are active for each language.
So atm it is not possible to create different sku numbers for each language.
