I have 125 products display ir category, so it is a big list, is it possible some how to do scroll on product category view so that add to cart modulu is always on top?
My problem is that i have many products, and people dont see add to cart module, when they scroll down, so is it possible some how to scroll virtuemart products?

As there is no "add to cart" module I assume you mean the module that displays the minicart. This is a Joomla question, and can be solved by some css/javascript, but there is also a simple plugin: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/style-a-design/modules-panel/22106
