How to do?
For a shop, I have to add the cost of insurance for the goods.
The insurance costs are variable and must be applied in this way:
Goods shipped up to 1000 euro, fixed cost 8 euro.
Goods over 1000 euro, fixed cost 8 euro plus 1.5% on the difference relative to the excess of 1000 euro (for example: 1380 - Insurance euro = 8 + (1380-1000) * 1.5%
