hi, i'm developing food store online www.shopmampiryuk.com with VM 2.x
because i sell goods with time/date request every customer order, so i need custom field in shipping form (not in user info)
anyway, I can't see the date of field on the shipping form, off course I've set it to publish on shipment form at shipper field list

i read http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=42157.0, but it's for VM 1.x, and i can't do it in mine, how to fix that?
