Hello all!

I've been searching / reading the forum but can't find an answer to my question: How can I apply a flat 5% handling charge to the overall product's sale price + shipping?

I mean:

Total products: 90.00
Total shipping: 10.00

Sub-Total: 100.00

Handling (5%) 5.00

Total: 105.00

price modifier per bill after tax, imho
