when I upgraded from 2.014 to 2.016, all commodity prices can be seen as a visitor, but the login identity into all commodity prices are gone, the the cart list price also gone !
Is this V2.016 bug?

Most likely a configuration issue. Are product prices set to be shown to the anonymous group? In this pic,what is shown in the highlighted field?

I would still like to know how all those got changed in the update and if all could be changed at one time like that, how can they all be changed back at one time instead of individually.
