Great work, this should be VM core.
Just one doubt, could your module be adapted for horizontal positions and not the typical box in a side?
I mean what if I put your module in the minicart position of a concrete template, will it use the template style or the module?

the module is basically styleless . if there is such a word :)
You can assign a module class in the admin and all displayed texts are surrounded in divs -
so to lay it out horizontally you would just target the various divs with floats and display:none etc
The display is in a separate template file so very easy to adapt - this is why I don't do down the path of the other 3rd party cart modules and style the hell out of them -
everyone needs a different style ...

I have a static freight price for all orders.. the deafult VM cart dont separate freight cost and the product cost. It just puts a total in the cart and customers is puzzled why the total sum is bigger than the product they added. this is because the freight cost is not in a own column.
Can this cart solve this problem..? It says you gotta be registred but what if in my case the freight is static and present from the beginning?
