i purchased the usps plug in form this site and it has not worked since i got it. they have tried to fix it but cannot get it to work either. i have asked for a refund from MAX but have not received a response and have not gotten an email. Can anyone tell me if they follow good business practices? How can i get them to refund my money. very dissatisfied with the product.

Your email address did never an order on extensions.virtuemart.net. I also got never an email from you. There is only one person who wants to be refund and in his case we already agreed on todo it. But he did not answered yet. So who are you?
