Hi there!
First at all, sorry by my english... I'm a spanish Joomla user:

I want to know how to hide the cart to the users until they are registered. My problem is the following:

I want that an unregistered user can add articles to the cart, but when they click in "show cart" the web ask for register without show the cart (now the articles, the "edit shipment" and "edit payment" buttons are shown).

You can create a menu item for the Cart and make it registered... that way then users will try to click the cart... VM will automatically pick the itemid of the menu linked with cart and take users to the Joomla login page.
