The bug still exists, preventing Virtuemart front page to read the meta tags (description and keywords) entered in the menu link. Means if the Virtuemart front page is linked to the Joomla main menu and set as start page, you can enter whatever you want into the Joomla menu for that link like the meta description and keywords, it is not recognized and the webpage has no meta tags except of the title tag. It is not possible too to set expires_headers. You can define whatever you want inside the htaccess, the virtuemart frontpage, if set as default page, does not use it.
Any news on the metadata/keywords of the VM frontpage?
The fields from the Menu item wont work.
