I've created a few custom fields which contain lengths and diameters of specialized products. They're specified in inches and the client wants to use the double quote to indicate that. When adding new products for the first time, we enter everything in and it looks right. If we go back and edit the product the quote is no longer present in the custom field. So, we have to double check that every time we make a change. Very Frustrating. What is stripping out the quote when we edit the product ? Can we fix it so that no longer happens?
I have a customer with a similar issue. I'm sure it's related to HTML encoding. Any ideas? I'll report back here if I find anything.
