Hi,

I have an issue as there is a possibility how to not accept the TOS but still order.

If you have products in your cart and you choose shipping and payment it also asks you to accept TOS.

When you accept the TOS you go to the next page where you have to confirm the order. If you cancel on this page that you accept the TOS the order will be accepted.

Can some others please check if they also have this problem

I have version 2.5.6 (Joomla) and 2.0.14f in VM

Have you activated in shop settings the checkbox that shoppers must accept the TOS on EACH ORDER ? Else it is enough to accept the TOS one time.
