Joomla! 2.5.7 - VM 2.0.10

When user go to checkout and register to our site (this is our settings they need to register to checkout) after checkout they Account Data (First Name *, Last Name , Email e.g) disappear). But when they register first and then checkout everything is normal . Is this VM knowing problem ?

I just find now nothing is work . I try to register and everything is ok but my registration details are not inside VM . What can be the problem ?

I drop this table : virtuemart_userinfos.sql and create a new one from VM Tools Menu and everything is working fine but 5 days later the same problem so i drop the table again and is working again ? So why come this happen again ? Any one ?
