Hi on every category in my clients shop the product template is loading fine apart from this one category:

Click on a product and it loads a very basic page - whats wrong? (check out the other categories to see how it should load)

Not to all products, some of them. This is an issue of your commercial vm template you are using. Did you try to ask your template provider?
May be you upgrade vm to a newer version and you haven't update your template new version.
If you select list view and press on product details loads fine ... take a look.
