Title: Just Purchased Offline Payment Processing - Unable to download

I just purchased the offline payment plugin here: http://extensions.virtuemart.net/extensions-virtuemart-2/offline-credit-card-processing-detail

But when I click on the on the link i get the following file:  "vmcustom_.json"

I have read in another thread that this was a server error. Are you having problems again?
