My customers are finding the shopping cart difficult to use. I am using latest version of VM. Can the freight options and payment options be viewable on the cart page instead of having to click on the links? Customers are confused as to what to do as there are no options viewable at that stage to select and some people dont know what to do next!
Although it does show the steps in stages after they click on "Confirm order" it is strange to confirm order BEFORE you select your freight and payment option. My site has many freight options due to the different types of couriers we use.
Also can the "Ship to" option be removed? That is also confusing for people that do not wish to check out as a registered customer. Cant there just be one address option for "guests"?
The old virtuemart seemed to have easier check out steps for the customer.
