For example if the main currency euro, set a dollar price we still label it the euro.
Go to the example in the English version and see - Price EUR 100
Go to other language and see - Price EUR 3,000

I'm not shure what exactly you are trying to achieve. Do you want two prices for one product, one in EUR and another price in Dollar without currency conversion?
Perhaps an example makes it easier to understand.
