In the products menu list are green and red buttons what shows that products are "Published" or "Unpublished".
In my case is very important when the product is sold out then "Published" mark should change "Unpublished"
Is there any way to modify system like that?

In Configuration > Shopfront you can set:
Action when a Product is Out of Stock > Do not Display Product
Hope it helps!
This solution removes product from the shop front end but the green mark does not change into red :-\
My standpoint is when the product stock value is 0 then this green availability button should turn into red.
Ok, but, could you explain the reason why you need to unpublish it?
I found this thread searching for the same answer, to answer the question "why you need to unpublish it?", for example website has 5K items, everyday some items are going out of stock but dont want to login each time a product is sold, want to login once a week and clear out of stock items , it will be easy to find them with red disabled then consider each one for deletion if no intent to restock. Is there already a solution for this (auto unpublish out of stock items)?
