I am not sure is i understand correctly, you are asking for custom filters? If yes you could take a look in that extension custom filters: http://breakdesigns.net/extensions/custom-filters

Cherry picker also has a breadcrumb module that preview looks like the one you want: take a look on that demo http://www.galt.md/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.browse&category_id=22&Itemid=1
both works with vm2.0.x
I think cherry picker uses core hack to accomplish the filters (not sure).

This both extensions are not what i am searching for.
When a user open my shop list he see all my products. On the top of the List the User should have the opportunity to narrow the Products with 5 fields like categorie, type, taste,... . If he klick on the field categorie blue only products who added to the categorie blue will shown. When he klick on the next filter with taste suite he will only shown products that are in the categorie blue and suite,...

I think what you are saying can be done with that extensions, but may i am wrong. May be someone else with same requirements can help you out with that.
Both are filters, the example especially with cherry picker is exactly the same ...

You are welcome.
Keep in mind to them both, and custom filters and cherry picker. Custom filters comes with a free version only with manufacturers and categories but haven't test in breadcrumb "styles". Cherry picker need's to hack the core if i am not mistaken and uses 3 products in one, cherry picker, breadcrumb for cherrypicker and fastseller but there is not test verions. So you could ask them the possibilities you need.
Also both of them are supported from CSV Improved.
