I need help, I am new to this. I have build a site and bought paypal pro and have a question. How do I get virtuemart to approve the orders and send it of to the client after payment has been done? Have seen so many sites doing it but my site, I have to approve the pending orders every time. Please can someone help me, know it sounds like stupid? but I cannot get an answerer

Have a look at virtuemart - Configuration - Checkout, at the bottom is Default Order Status to send an invoice, if it is showing pending change it to one of the other methods shown in the dropdown. ie confirmed, confirmed by shopper. See the tooltip which is displayed when you hover over the text Default Order Status to send an invoice

Virtue versions is 2.0.10

Hello,

You could use Confirmed by shopper, but this is introduced in 2.0.12, so i think you should upgrade from vm2.0.10 to vm2.0.12b.
Just remember to correct the your custom vm template with the new changes.

Ok then, create one.

Go to Order statuses, create a new one and give the configuration as shown in the attached images
