Hi all,

I can't figuring out why the shipping form is not shown in the checkout process.

I have only the Save/Cancel buttons...

All field customer fileds are set in the back-end.

Please help :'(

Hello,

Let's start from the basics, what's your PHP, Joomla and VM version you are using? Do you have any third party shipment plugins? Do you use template overrides? If yes, did you test it wihout overrides? Can you provide a live url?

Hello,

Your shipment configuration may be not matches with the country/state the user adds on checkout. Please check your shipment configuration.

Hi,

mmmm I have the shipping "weight_countries" set for every Country.
Still have the problem. I'm just stuck at this point to finish the website.
Do you mind if à PM you an admin access so you can check it if you have a couple of minutes ?

When checked your site i see some states for some countries didn't show up ... test that and check your database also...

Please consider to upgrade to VM 2.0.10
