Im using Joomla! 2.5.6 (beez5 template) & VM 2.0.11d (sample data) on localhost.
the number of products per row in category browse view never follow the admin configuration. some categories show 2 products per row, some showing 3 or 4.
You will have to check settings in each category to see if they are set differently in each category, not just in Config.
and then check to see if Joomla and VM SEO settings do not conflict , see if you have Joomla set then make sure VM is not. and visa versa.
