I have to say that I am really relieved i came across this - I added it to my shop site in a test arena and within a couple of days had it live on my full site : theclockshed.co.uk to see it functioning. I had 3 small issues with styling and an issue with my ssl certificate which were all sorted by this company in record time for a support system - i am now building my second shop using this template.
It is awesome and i thoroughly recommend the template and the support you will get from them.

Hi, unfortunately no. Our VM Template doesn't come with any kind of shipping or payment plugin built-in. But Original Virtuemart already has a shipping plugin built-in based on weight and distance though. Actually you don't need any kind of 3rd party shipping plugin.
Our VM2 Templates: PureMart and FashionMart have been reorganized and they are fully compatible with VM2.0.12b

Responsive is a general "term". If you are asking if it supports "mobility" layout. Then no, because it is up to your existing Joomla Template. Our VM Template is effective in virtuemart-related pages only, you will keep using your own joomla template for the rest of your website. But if you are asking if our VM Template works okay in mobile devices (smart-phones and tablets) then: YES. Including the zoom effect, everything works perfectly in mobile devices.

But if I delete the left column on your demo, and do a simple resize with my browser window, it doesn't really make it for the responsive purpose. (attached)
