Hi

Im far from competent at this so apologies if this is an simple fix.

Using VM2 i have an issue that customers cant tick the terms of service box on checkout if they are using IE

The green tick appears in the box if they are using any other browser but not if they are on IE

can anyone help?

Hello,

Do you use any custom vm template? Did you try with the default vm theme without overrides? What's your VM and Joomla version?

Thanks! Im using an atomic template ill try the default template now

its VM2.0.10 and joomla 1.6.3

Hello,

You should definitely upgrade your Joomla! 1.6 is far too old and has no support.
You should create a new installation (you may use akeeba backup) and then upgrade your joomla to 2.5, both your site and VM will work better.
Please upgrade and post back is the issue persists.

What's you PHP version also?
