We'll need way more information in order to help you out. What system are you running? what version of Joomla! what version of VirtueMart?

I have the same problem as franciscloete.
My cart does not update after cliking on add to cart, but when page is refreshed, product is in the cart.
I cant send you link for my web site because im working localy.
Im using Joomla 2.5.7, and Virtuemart 2.0.12b.
