I was looking for an addition to the VM - complaints (reclamations).
Virtuemart do not have any way to do complaints by shopper?
Please help.
Does it have to be products specific?
IF NOT... use Joomla contact form.
But why would you want complaints anyway?
Yes, there are specific products - the part of them are services.
We have complaints - now customers are calling to our company and it make confusion.
The forms for complaints would be very helpful (best way for us: the orders with complaint should change color to red in backend).

use a separate ticket system, that why you can do it as customer service contact with ticket categories

Complaints system for VirtueMart 2. Component for VirtueMart 2, records (archives) claims in terms of orders VirtueMart in this forms:
- Withdrawal from contract and return of purchased goods
- Complaints form
Customer can use to claim through of the one these forms. Forms are filled in template data, which speeds up the processing of information on complaints. The customer can print the form and attach to the shipment of goods to send to the vendor. Through the admin interface can communicate (e-mail) with customer, handle the states of complaints and lead the overall agenda to the complaint.
