Title: Tax calculated twice on checkout

I found a big bug in VM 2.0.10.

I 've made a problem with a tax rule.
The final price is: euro 129,45
Cost price (see screenshot 1) is euro 108.78151

I 've got a tax rule of 19% (+%) (see screenshot 2)

On checkout the following is displayed (see screenshot 3):
- Finalprice of product: 129.45 (correct)
- Subtotal: 154.05 (this is the final product price * tax rule of 19%)
- Shipping: 5.95 (correct)
- Final Total: 160,00 (this is wrong subtotal + shipping)

Maybe there are other rules active,.. a cart rule.

OMG! How stupid of me! I could have thought about that myself!
There were indeed two active "tax" profiles. I have corrected it now and I guess it works OK now.
