Title: Dont receive mail when Client orders product

Hello,

As a store-owner I dont receive a mail when a client orders something. Any ideas where to look for that.

Client does not get mail either. Only when I change status to SEND, clients receive an email.

Somebody please help me out here.

I have a same problem. I hope somebody can help me!
I have a Joomla 2.5 with VM2. My payment method is VM payment PayPal. I tried to buy things with real customers and payments. Every things was Ok. The customer pay from his PayPal. His money goes to my PayPal account. But:
1. When the customer complete payment, PayPal did not return him to my website.
2. I did not have a ORDER email, he too.
3. I got this email 2 times :
Error while posting IPN: Permission denied, 13
4. In orders list His payment did not change from pending to confirmed.

Do you receive the registration emails from Joomla?
Is your Joomla email server configuration ok?
