I am running virtuemart 2.0.10 on Joomla 2.5.6
I have three shipping options, one is for continental USA, flat rate of $10, the other is Canadian, flat rate of $30 and the last is instore pickup. I have tested these all work fine when using an account for US, and for Canada or when selecting instore pickup.
The issue I have is, when I place an order, with any of the three options, I get a Shipping and Handling charge added to the order of $10 at the PayPal site, not on my site, I cant seem to find where this coming from.
I attached a screenshot to show what I am talking about.
Any help will really be appreciated!

You are running 2.0.10 on both virtuemart and virtuemart_aio?
Yes that is correct on versions - but I think I found the issue...
It appears the amount is a profile setting in the vendors Paypal account... I didn't realize this until I went live, beforehand I had my own Paypal account in the payment setup, but when I added his this charge started to show up. If i switch back to my Paypal email in the configuration for the Paypal payment module, it goes away... After some googling, it appears that you can set up a default shipping flat fee in your merchant account with Paypal, and he is using this Paypal on another site, so this describes where the charge is coming from... It was very weird... but I am glad it wasn't another issue... I appreciate your help!

That is correct... Its totally un-virtuemart related... Its a PayPal profile setting...
