For the past 3 years, we have been using THUB, a product by Atandra (http://www.atandra.com/) to integrate our VM shops with Quickbooks and UPS Worldship. The latest version also integrates with Quickbooks online.
THUB can automatically download orders from all of your webshops into 1 common area, in which you can then Post into Quickbooks and have it automatically create invoices and shipping docs. It also handles posting into UPS Worlship, UPS online , and others, then posts back and can update VM order status to include tracking numbers. It is not cheap, but we are happy with it, and it has increased our order processing by 100%.
