I'm surprised to see that in Virtuemart, you can't add tags to insert things into the HTML? For example, I use Ignite Gallery component and in regular joomla articles I can insert the following to get the gallery to display.

{igallery id=8223|cid=3|pid=6|type=category|children=0|showmenu=0|tags=|limit=0}

Am I doing something wrong or will this really not work?

Hi JayShoe,

That 'mambot' now referred to as plugins, is for the com_contents component only. It doesn't listen for any other events in any other components.
